Welcome to Invisible Workers

There are people at work at any hour of the day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Many are "invisible,"  working behind the scenes in unusual places and situations. Their efforts are often not readily recognized or appreciated. Invisible Workers gives insight into the under-appreciated people everyday lives.

We also need to make mention of those who submit their job applications with the hope of having their skills being recognized in the job field. Unfortunately, some are deem to be over-qualified, under-qualified or just don't make the grade.  In many cases their skills and qualifications seems to be overlooked for various reasons.

Next, there are those seeking to get their feet in the door and "start from the bottom" but seemingly, there are little jobs available for this class of workers who are forced at times to continue to be "Invisible" as they struggle to find work to pay the bills.

This community board seeks to give everyone a voice on the Issue of Invisible Workers and allow them to share their opinions on what can be done with regards to this trend.
